Herbed PHILLY with Hot Smoked Salmon and Avocado

What you need

  • 100g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • Finely grated rind of ½ lemon
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped dill
  • 4 poppy seed bagels, split and toasted
  • 200g hot smoked salmon, loosely flaked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Chopped chives, extra for garnish
  • Chopped dill, extra, for garnish
  • Lemon, extra, for serving

How to make it

  1. COMBINE the PHILLY with the lemon and herbs then spread onto the base of the bagels.
  2. TOP with the salmon and avocado then garnish with extra herbs. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice then sandwich together. Serve immediately.
