What you need

  • 3/4 cup toasted muesli
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 825g can peach halves, drained or fresh peaches

Light Philly Topping

  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fruit juice, e.g. lemon, orange, peach
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to make it

  1. COMBINE muesli and apple, and spoon into the centre of the peach halves.
  2. HEAT under grill for 7 minutes or microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Serve immmediately with a delicious dollop of Light PHILLY Topping.

Light PHILLY Topping

  1. COMBINE all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate, use as required. Serve with hot peaches, banana porridge and other breakfast cereals and stewed fruit.
