What you need

  • 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup caster sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 punnets berries e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1½ cups cold strong black coffee
  • ¾ cup Marsala
  • 12 sponge finger biscuits, cut in half
  • Flaked chocolate

How to make it

  1. BEAT the PHILLY and sugar with an electric mixer until just combined. Add the yolks and cream and beat until smooth. Set aside.
  2. DIVIDE the berries between 8 serving glasses and then top with half the PHILLY mixture.
  3. COMBINE the coffee and Marsala in a shallow dish. Dip 3 biscuit pieces quickly in the coffee then place cut side down into a glass. Repeat to make 8. Spoon the remaining PHILLY into each glass, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with the flaked chocolate. Serve immediately.
