What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 8 toasted crumpets

How to make it

  1. MIX PHILLY with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  2. FOLD through lime juice and zest, coconut and icing sugar.
  3. SPREAD thickly over hot toasted crumpets. Serve with toasted shaved coconut, if desired.
