Mediterranean Pizzas

What you need

  • 4 small wholemeal pita breads
  • 1/4 cup salt reduced tomato paste
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced into ribbons using a vegetable peeler
  • 1 red capsicum, roasted, peeled and deseeded
  • 400g can artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 80g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, roughly torn
  • rocket salad, to serve

How to make it

  1. SPREAD pita breads evenly with tomato paste. Top with onion, zucchini, capsicum, artichoke, olives and PHILLY.
  2. BAKE at 200ºC for 10-15 mins until base is crisp and toppings are heated through.
  3. REMOVE pizza from oven, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve with a rocket salad.
