220g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Extra Light Cream Cheese

cup coconut cream
¼
cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons Malibu liqueur (optional)
¼
small seedless or other watermelon, rind removed, cut into wedges
¼
rockmelon, skin and seeds removed, cut into wedges
¼
honeydew melon, skin and seeds removed, cut into wedges
Mint leaves, to serve
How to make it
PUT PHILLY, coconut cream, icing sugar and liqueur (if using) in a small food processor. Process until a smooth sauce forms.
ARRANGE the melon wedges on a serving platter.
DRIZZLE with coconut PHILLY sauce and sprinkle with mint leaves. Or serve with the sauce on the side.
