What you need

  • 80g PHILADELPHIA Original Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup thickened cream
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 100g CADBURY Milk Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar, extra

How to make it

  1. COMBINE the PHILLY, cream and sugar in a saucepan. Whisk over a low heat, without boiling, until smooth. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until melted then whisk in egg yolks. Pour mixture into 2 x ½ cup capacity ramekins.
  2. BAKE in a water bath in a slow oven 150°C for 25 minutes or until just set. Chill.
  3. SPRINKLE each brûlée with 2 teaspoons of extra sugar, then use a cook's torch to melt and caramelise the sugar to form a toffee crust. Serve immediately.
