What you need
500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
200g white chocolate melts, melted
150g (3/4 cup) milk chocolate chips
1 punnet strawberries, pureed and strained
400g can mango in light syrup, drained and pureed
How to make it
BEAT PHILLY and sugar until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients.
POUR into a parchment line 12-hole, 1/2 cup capacity, non-stick muffin pan.
BAKE 25-30 minutes at 160°C oven. Stand for 5 minutes before turning out. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
PLACE muffins on serving plate, serve drizzled with strawberry and mango puree.
