What you need

  • 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 200g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 150g (3/4 cup) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 punnet strawberries, pureed and strained
  • 400g can mango in light syrup, drained and pureed

How to make it

  1. BEAT PHILLY and sugar until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  2. POUR into a parchment line 12-hole, 1/2 cup capacity, non-stick muffin pan.
  3. BAKE 25-30 minutes at 160°C oven. Stand for 5 minutes before turning out. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. PLACE muffins on serving plate, serve drizzled with strawberry and mango puree.
