What you need

 

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Anchovy and Olive Toasts

  • 12 mini toasts
  • 6 anchovy fillets, drained and halved
  • Baby fresh basil leaves, to garnish
  • Cracked pepper, to taste

Crispy Salami and Tomato Toasts

  • 12 savoury tartlet cases
  • 3 baby roma tomatoes, quartered
  • 6 slices hot shaved salami, grilled until crisp
  • Parmesan shavings, to garnish
  • Cracked pepper, to taste

How to make it

Anchovy and Olive Toasts

  1. COMBINE PHILLY, basil and garlic in a bowl.
  2. SPREAD mini toasts with ½ the PHILADELPHIA mixture and top with olives and anchovies.
  3. GARNISH with basil leaves and season with pepper.

Crispy Salami and Tomato Toasts

  1. COMBINE PHILLY, basil and garlic in a bowl.
  2. SPREAD tartlet cases with the remaining PHILADELPHIA mixture and top with tomatoes and salami.
  3. GARNISH with Parmesan and season with pepper.
