What you need
2 cups SR flour
2 teaspoons Moroccan spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
30g butter
1 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup low fat milk
Topping
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon smokey paprika
How to make it
SIFT dry ingredients into a bowl, rub in butter. Fold through carrot and milk until a soft sticky dough is formed. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
ROLL to form a rectangle 20 x 30 cm, spread with PHILLY and sprinkle over the lemon rind and paprika. Roll up on the longest side, as for a Swiss roll.
CUT into 3 cm slices and place cut side up on a greased baking tray. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
SMOKEY Lemon Philly: Combine all ingredients.
