What you need

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup toasted muesli
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup small banana, chopped

How to make it

  1. COMBINE flour, muesli, walnuts, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. BEAT together the PHILLY, sugar and eggs, add the mashed banana stirring well.
  3. FOLD dry ingredients through cream cheese mixture, with the milk and gently stir through chopped banana.
  4. PLACE into a paper lined 22cm loaf tin, sprinkle with a little extra muesli and bake at 160°C for 1 1/4 hours. Cool in tin. Best eaten a day after baking.
