Onion and Olive Tart

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 brown onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • black pepper
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives

How to make it

  1. HEAT oil in a frying pan. Add onion and cook covered over a low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir through thyme and pepper.
  2. PLACE pastry sheet onto a pre-heated oven tray. Spread with PHILLY leaving a 2cm border. Top with onion mixture and olives.
  3. BAKE at 180°C fan-forced for 12-15 minutes, until pastry is golden. Serve warm or cold with a crisp green salad.
