OREO and Berry Trifle

What you need

  • 1 packet (150g) OREO Original Cookies
  • 300g frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons Amoretto liqueur
  • 500g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • drinking chocolate, for dusting

How to make it

  1. PLACE the OREO biscuits into the base of a 2 litre serving bowl. Top with the berries and drizzle with the liqueur.
  2. COMBINE the PHILLY with the sugar, vanilla and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff then gently fold through the PHILLY mixture.
  3. POUR over the biscuits and fruit.
  4. CHILL overnight then sprinkle with drinking chocolate before serving.
