What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 500g whole trout, or other small fish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salad greens, to serve

How to make it

  1. MIX PHILLY with the capers, lemon rind, salt and pepper. Stuff the cavity of the fish with PHILLY mix.
  2. PLACE trout into a large piece of foil; pour 2 teaspoons lemon juice over each fish. Wrap into a parcel.
  3. BAKE at 180°C for 10 minutes, then open foil for another 10 minutes.
  4. SERVE with salad greens.
