What you need

  • 200g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chives, cut into 1 cm lengths
  • 50g┬ásmoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 small avocado, cut into chunks
  • 200g dried pasta, cooked and drained
  • chives for garnish

How to make it

  1. WHISK together the PHILLY and milk in a small saucepan, heat gently until smooth.
  2. ADD the chives, salmon and avocado and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  3. SPOON hot pasta into serving bowls and top with smoked salmon sauce. Garnish with chives and serve immediately.
