What you need
30 g
PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Block
10 x cherry tomatoes, assorted colours
1 tsp olive oil
cracked black pepper
1-2 sprigs fresh mint leaves, optional
1 x wholemeal bagel
1 x handful baby leaf salad, to serve
1 tsp olive oil, to serve
0.25 x fresh lemon, to serve
How to make it
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a small bowl.
Toss with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, season to taste and then set aside until ready to use.
Cut the bagel in half and spread both sides with Philadelphia.
Next arrange the dressed cherry tomatoes on top, seasoning with black pepper and a small sprinkling of finely chopped mint.
Serve immediately with a side of salad, quickly dressed in a teaspoon of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
