What you need

  • 30 g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Block
  • 10 x cherry tomatoes, assorted colours
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • cracked black pepper
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh mint leaves, optional
  • 1 x wholemeal bagel
  • 1 x handful baby leaf salad, to serve
  • 1 tsp olive oil, to serve
  • 0.25 x fresh lemon, to serve

How to make it

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a small bowl.
  • Toss with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, season to taste and then set aside until ready to use.
  • Cut the bagel in half and spread both sides with Philadelphia.
  • Next arrange the dressed cherry tomatoes on top, seasoning with black pepper and a small sprinkling of finely chopped mint.
  • Serve immediately with a side of salad, quickly dressed in a teaspoon of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
