What you need

  • 25g Philadelphia Original
  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • ¼ Avocado 
  • ½ tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
  • Optional: 
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make it

  • Prepare the toppings: Slice the avocado into 3 pieces. Remove the pomegranate seeds and set aside. 
  • Prepare the toast: Take 1 slice of wholemeal bread and toast it for 2 minutes. 
  • To serve: Spread Philadelphia cream cheese on the toast. Next arrange the sliced avocado onto one corner and sprinkle pomegranate seeds.
  • Optional: garnish with coriander leaves, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
