What you need

  • 1/3 cup golden syrup
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cream
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour, sifted

How to make it

  1. COMBINE golden syrup and lemon juice and pour 1 tablespoon of mixture into the base of 6 x 1/2 cup lightly buttered ramekins.
  2. COMBINE eggs, PHILLY and sugar and beat until smooth. Blend the cream with the cornflour and add to cream cheese mixture.
  3. PLACE ramekins in a baking dish half filled with hot water to bake at 160°C for 40 minutes or until set. Allow to chill and invert onto serving plate.
