What you need
1/3 cup golden syrup
juice of 1 lemon
2 eggs, lightly beaten
250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup reduced fat cream
2 teaspoons cornflour, sifted
How to make it
COMBINE golden syrup and lemon juice and pour 1 tablespoon of mixture into the base of 6 x 1/2 cup lightly buttered ramekins.
COMBINE eggs, PHILLY and sugar and beat until smooth. Blend the cream with the cornflour and add to cream cheese mixture.
PLACE ramekins in a baking dish half filled with hot water to bake at 160°C for 40 minutes or until set. Allow to chill and invert onto serving plate.
