What you need

  • 30 g Philadelphia Light
  • 40 g grilled roast chicken breast pieces
  • 6 x slices cucumber
  • 2 x slices crispbread
  • 1 x small handful fresh basil leaves, optional
  • 1 x handful watercress and rocket leaves, to serve
  • 4 x cherry tomatoes, quartered, to serve

How to make it

  • To start, spread the Philadelphia evenly onto each crispbread, following with the cucumber slices and finally the pieces of grilled chicken.
  • Season with cracked black pepper and a few basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately alongside a watercress, rocket and cherry tomato salad.
