What you need
30 g Philadelphia Light
40 g grilled roast chicken breast pieces
6 x slices cucumber
2 x slices
crispbread
1 x small handful fresh basil leaves, optional
1 x handful watercress and rocket leaves, to serve
4 x cherry tomatoes, quartered, to serve
How to make it
To start, spread the Philadelphia evenly onto each
crispbread
, following with the cucumber slices and finally the pieces of grilled chicken.
Season with cracked black pepper and a few basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately alongside a watercress, rocket and cherry tomato salad.
