crispbread
30 g Philadelphia Light
1 xegg
0.25 x avocado
1 x salad beetroot
fresh mint
How to make it
Place egg in a pan of cold water, bring up to a boil and set a timer for 6 - 7 minutes.
Once cooked submerge the egg in cold water, peel and slice.
Slice the avocado and beetroot.
Spread the
crispbread
with the Philadelphia Light top with the avocado, beetroot and then the egg.
Finish with fresh mint leaves.
