What you need

  • Ingredients
  • 2 x crispbread
  • 30 g Philadelphia Light
  • 1 xegg
  • 0.25 x avocado
  • 1 x salad beetroot
  • fresh mint

How to make it

  • Place egg in a pan of cold water, bring up to a boil and set a timer for 6 - 7 minutes.
  • Once cooked submerge the egg in cold water, peel and slice.
  • Slice the avocado and beetroot.
  • Spread the crispbread with the Philadelphia Light top with the avocado, beetroot and then the egg.
  • Finish with fresh mint leaves.
