What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 4 sheets flat bread e.g. mountain bread, lavash
  • 100g smoked salmon, sliced
  • baby spinach leaves
  • snow pea sprouts
  • 4 spring onions, cut into lengthways strips

How to make it

  1. SPREAD PHILLY generously over one half of each piece of bread.
  2. TOP with salmon, spinach leaves and sprouts.
  3. ROLL up and secure with spring onions, or serve cut into thick slices.
