What you need
8 slices proscuitto
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
Olive oil spray
4 bagels, split and toasted
100g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
4 poached eggs, optional
How to make it
PLACE the proscuitto on a paper lined tray and bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 10 - 12 minutes or until crisp.
SPRAY the asparagus with oil and chargrill for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
SPREAD the base of the bagels with PHILLY. Top with the prosciutto and asparagus, finish with a poached egg if desired, then sandwich together. Serve immediately.
