PHILLY and Prosciutto Bagels with Grilled Asparagus

What you need

  • 8 slices proscuitto
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 bagels, split and toasted
  • 100g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 4 poached eggs, optional

How to make it

  1. PLACE the proscuitto on a paper lined tray and bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 10 - 12 minutes or until crisp.
  2. SPRAY the asparagus with oil and chargrill for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  3. SPREAD the base of the bagels with PHILLY. Top with the prosciutto and asparagus, finish with a poached egg if desired, then sandwich together. Serve immediately.
