What you need

  • 4 English Muffins, split and toasted
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA® Spreadable Cream Cheese 
  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 8 poached eggs 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped chives, extra for garnish

How to make it

  1. SPREAD the base of the TIP TOP English muffins with PHILLY, then layer smoked salmon on top.
  2. TOP with the poached eggs then garnish with salt, pepper and extra herbs. Serve immediately.
