What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup caramelised onion relish
  • ¼ cup chopped smoked almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Pita crisps or crackers, for serving
  • Antipasto, for serving, if desired

How to make it

  1. ARRANGE the PHILLY onto a serving platter then drizzle over the caramelised onion relish. Top with the chopped smoked almonds then sprinkle over the chives. Serve with pita crisps, crackers and antipasto. Serve immediately.
