PHILLY Block with Salmon and Salsa Verde

What you need

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green olives
  • 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped gherkins
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepperĀ 
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese
  • Smoked salmon slices
  • Salt flakes
  • Bagel crisps for serving

How to make it

  1. COMBINE in a bowl the oil, herbs, olives, capers gherkin, vinegar, garlic and seasonings to make the salsa verde.
  2. ARRANGE the PHILLY onto a serving platter then drizzle over the salsa verde. Serve with the salmon sprinkled with a little salt and bagel crisps. Serve immediately
