What you need
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
2 tablespoons finely chopped green olives
1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped gherkins
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepperĀ
250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese
Smoked salmon slices
Salt flakes
Bagel crisps for serving
How to make it
COMBINE in a bowl the oil, herbs, olives, capers gherkin, vinegar, garlic and seasonings to make the salsa verde.
ARRANGE the PHILLY onto a serving platter then drizzle over the salsa verde. Serve with the salmon sprinkled with a little salt and bagel crisps. Serve immediately
