What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese
  • 4 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
  • Sliced ham, off the bone, to serve
  • Sourdough bread slices, to serve
  • Pickled onions, to serve

How to make it

  1. PREHEAT oven to 200°C.
  2. LAY a 42cm-long piece of foil on a flat surface. Top with a sheet of baking paper.
  3. PUT PHILLY in centre of baking paper. Top with thyme and bay leaves. Drizzle over lemon juice and oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. WRAP up PHILLY and bake in oven for 10 minutes.
  5. TRANSFER hot PHILLY to a large platter, arrange ham, bread and onions around it and serve.
