What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 825g can dark plums, stones removed and pureed
  • 16 gingernut biscuits, roughly chopped
  • cinnamon for dusting

How to make it

  1. MIX together the PHILLY, cream and sugar, then gently fold through the plum puree to form a swirl effect. Do not mix through thoroughly.
  2. SPRINKLE half the gingernuts into the base of 6 latte glasses or serving dishes.
  3. TOP with half of the PHILLY and plum mixture, then another layer of biscuits and PHILLY.
  4. SPRINKLE with the cinnamon and chill for 3 hours or until the biscuits soften.
