What you need
250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
3/4 cup cream
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
825g can dark plums, stones removed and pureed
16 gingernut biscuits, roughly chopped
cinnamon for dusting
How to make it
MIX together the PHILLY, cream and sugar, then gently fold through the plum puree to form a swirl effect. Do not mix through thoroughly.
SPRINKLE half the gingernuts into the base of 6 latte glasses or serving dishes.
TOP with half of the PHILLY and plum mixture, then another layer of biscuits and PHILLY.
SPRINKLE with the cinnamon and chill for 3 hours or until the biscuits soften.
