What you need

  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 150g butter, softened
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • rind and juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup SR flour
  • 425g canned dark plums, drained and pitted
  • 1/3 cup raw sugar

How to make it

  1. BEAT PHILLY, butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. ADD orange rind and juice, sour cream, eggs and flour and combine until smooth. Fold plums through mix and spoon into a lightly greased 24 cm cake tin.
  3. SPRINKLE raw sugar on top and bake in preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
