What you need
2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup dried apricot halves, halved
1/2 cup wholegrain rolled oats
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
How to make it
POUR boiling water over apricots and allow to stand for 20 minutes until plump.
COMBINE the oats and water in a microwave safe bowl, and cook on High power for 1 1/2 minutes, mix well, and cook a further 1-2 minutes.
SPOON porridge between serving bowl, pour over milk, top with apricots and PHILLY.
