Pork Fillets with Creamy Smoked Paprika Sauce

What you need

  • 500g pork fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion (1 large)
  • 200g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 250ml PHILADELPHIA Cream For Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • mashed potatoes, for serving
  • green beans, for serving

How to make it

  1. PREHEAT oven to 190°C.
  2. SEASON the pork with salt and pepper and spray with oil. Heat a large frypan and brown the pork well on all sides.
  3. TRANSFER the pork to an oven tray and bake for 15 -20 minutes until just cooked and still a little pink. Wrap in foil and stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. HEAT the oil in the pan and saute the onion and mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and paprika and cook a further minute. Stir in the PHILLY, mustard and Worcestershire; stir until combined and allow to simmer a further 2 minutes.
  5. ARRANGE sliced pork onto serving plates and spoon over the sauce. Serve with mash or noodles and steamed vegetables. Serve immediately
