What you need

  • 1kg frozen puff pastry sheets, defrosted
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoon caster sugar, extra

How to make it

  1. CUT pastry into 7cm circles. Ease pastry into 40 x 20ml (1 tablespoon) capacity non stick patty pans.
  2. BEAT PHILLY until smooth, mix through cream, eggs, caster sugar and vanilla until just combined. Pour into pastry shells. Sprinkle with extra caster sugar.
  3. BAKE at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until sugar has browned.
