Potato and Blue Cheese Pizza

What you need

  • 1 quantity Pizza Dough
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 medium desiree potato, unpeeled, very finely sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 60g blue cheese, crumbled
  • Olive oil spray

Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup of flour, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried yeast
  • 1/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon oil

How to make it

  1. ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 20cm x 30cm rectangular pizza base.
  2. SPREAD the PHILLY over the pizza base then top with potato, onion, rosemary and blue cheese. Spray well with oil.
  3. BAKE the pizza in a hot oven 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.

Pizza Dough

  1. COMBINE in a bowl the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and stir in the combined water and oil. Stir to form a soft dough.
  2. TURN onto a floured surface and knead for 3–5 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Stand in a warm place for 20–25 minutes or until dough has doubled in size. Use as required.
