What you need
1 quantity Pizza Dough
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
1 medium desiree potato, unpeeled, very finely sliced
1 red onion, sliced
Rosemary sprigs
60g blue cheese, crumbled
Olive oil spray
Pizza Dough
1 cup of flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried yeast
1/3 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon oil
How to make it
ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 20cm x 30cm rectangular pizza base.
SPREAD the PHILLY over the pizza base then top with potato, onion, rosemary and blue cheese. Spray well with oil.
BAKE the pizza in a hot oven 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.

COMBINE in a bowl the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and stir in the combined water and oil. Stir to form a soft dough.
TURN
onto a floured surface and knead for 3–5 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Stand in a warm place for 20–25 minutes or until dough has doubled in size. Use as required.
