What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
  • 1 x 30cm breadstick, cut into 12 slices
  • Olive oil spray
  • 24 prawn cutlets, cooked
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 6 baby roma tomatoes, cut in half diagonally

How to make it

  1. BEAT together the PHILLY, glaze and basil.
  2. SPRAY the bread with oil and barbeque for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crunchy.
  3. SPREAD the PHILLY mixture onto each piece of bread. Top each with 2 prawns, sliced onion and tomato. Serve immediately.
