Prawn, PHILADELPHIA and Basil Pizza

What you need

  • 335g (26cm) pizza base
  • ½ cup Italian tomato sauce
  • 12 green king prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, torn into pieces
  • cup small fresh basil leaves
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper, to season

How to make it

  1. PREHEAT oven to 250°C.
  2. LINE an oven tray with baking paper. Put base on tray and spread with tomato sauce. Top with prawns and PHILLY.
  3. BAKE for 12-15 minutes or until pizza base is crisp and prawns are cooked through.
  4. SPRINKLE top of pizza with basil leaves and pepper. Serve immediately.
