Pumpkin, Parmesan and Sage Dip

What you need

  • 220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup mashed pumpkin (approx 350g raw pumpkin)
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped sage or thyme
  • 2 rashers bacon, diced and fried until crisp
  • 1 tablespoon KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, extra
  • Turkish bread, to serve

How to make it

  1. COMBINE the PHILLY and pumpkin until smooth.
  2. FOLD in the parmesan, sage and bacon. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. SPRINKLE with extra parmesan before serving with grilled turkish bread.
