What you need

  • 250mls PHILADELPHIA Cream for Desserts, double cream alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 250g Cadbury Cooking Chocolate, milk or dark, melted and cooled slightly
  • ½ cup Pascall Marshmallows, quartered
  • ¼ cup red glace cherries, quartered
  • Toasted flaked coconut, for serving

How to make it

  1. BEAT together the PHILLY and vanilla in an electric mixer, continue beating whilst adding the melted chocolate until smooth.
  2. FOLD through the marshmallows and cherries, then spoon into 6-8 shot or espresso glasses and sprinkle with coconut. Chill for 30 minutes.
