Salmon Steaks with Creamy Herbed PHILADELPHIA

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 salmon fillets (approx 150g each) skin on
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs, eg. parsley, chives, dill
  • steamed greens for serving

How to make it

  • HEAT the oil in a non-stick frying pan.  Season salmon with salt and pepper then place skin down, and cook for 2 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and rest for 2 minutes.
  • COMBINE the PHILADELPHIA with the garlic and herbs and mix well.
  • PLACE the salmon onto serving plates with the steamed greens.  Top each salmon steak with a dollop of the herbed PHILADELPHIA. Serve immediately.
