Salmon with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce

What you need

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • black pepper
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
  • 3 teaspoons green peppercorns

How to make it

  • PLACE lemon slices underneath the salmon in a baking dish with 2 tablespoons water. Sprinkle with pepper, cover and bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes until fish is just cooked through.
  • BRING wine and stock to the boil and simmer until reduced by half. Whisk in the PHILLY until smooth. Stir through the chives and peppercorns.
  • SERVE fish with the Creamy Peppercorn Sauce and seasonal vegetables.
