What you need
1 lemon, thinly sliced
4 salmon steaks
black pepper
3/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup chicken stock
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon snipped chives
3 teaspoons green peppercorns
How to make it
PLACE lemon slices underneath the salmon in a baking dish with 2 tablespoons water. Sprinkle with pepper, cover and bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes until fish is just cooked through.
BRING wine and stock to the boil and simmer until reduced by half. Whisk in the PHILLY until smooth. Stir through the chives and peppercorns.
SERVE fish with the Creamy Peppercorn Sauce and seasonal vegetables.
