Sauteed Mushrooms on PHILLY

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500g mixed mushrooms ( field, caps and Swiss brown), sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 4 thick slices wholegrain bread
  • 80g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese

How to make it

  • HEAT oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add mushrooms and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes until softened and browned. Remove from heat and stir through chives, lemon juice and pepper.
  • TOAST bread slices and spread with PHILLY. Top with mushroom mixture and enjoy immediately.
