What you need
1 tablespoon olive oil
500g mixed mushrooms ( field, caps and Swiss brown), sliced
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon lemon juice
black pepper, to taste
4 thick slices wholegrain bread
80g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
How to make it
HEAT oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add mushrooms and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes until softened and browned. Remove from heat and stir through chives, lemon juice and pepper.
TOAST bread slices and spread with PHILLY. Top with mushroom mixture and enjoy immediately.
