Seafood Supreme Pizza

What you need

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 x 23cm plain pizza bases
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste with basil
  • 300g seafood marinara mix
  • 1 bunch asparagus spears, blanched
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, cut into 2cm cubes
  • olive oil spray
  • finely chopped parsley, to serve

How to make it

  • HEAT oil in a frypan. Add garlic and onions, cook over low heat until translucent. Add sugar, and cook for 5 minutes or until caramelised.
  • SPREAD the pizza bases with tomato paste and top with the onion mixture, seafood marinara mix and asparagus. Scatter with chunks of PHILLY and spray with olive oil spray.
  • BAKE in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until warmed through and the base is crisp. Sprinkle with parsley, serve.
