What you need

  • 20cm pizza base
  • 50ml tomato paste
  • 1 (120g) smoked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 60g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make it

  1. SPREAD the pizza base evenly with tomato paste. Top with smoked chicken breast, tomatoes, cubed PHILLY and spinach leaves. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. BAKE at 180ºC for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and PHILLY is golden brown. Serve.
