What you need

  • 60g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Smoked Salmon
  • 4 sheets flat bread e.g. mountain bread
  • 100g smoked salmon, sliced
  • carrot shreds
  • cucumber shreds
  • snow pea sprouts

How to make it

  • SPREAD PHILLY generously over one half of each piece of bread.
  • TOP with salmon, carrot, cucumber and sprouts.
  • ROLL up and secure and serve whole or cut into thick slices.
