What you need
60g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Smoked Salmon
4 sheets flat bread e.g. mountain bread
100g smoked salmon, sliced
carrot shreds
cucumber shreds
snow pea sprouts
How to make it
SPREAD PHILLY generously over one half of each piece of bread.
TOP with salmon, carrot, cucumber and sprouts.
ROLL up and secure and serve whole or cut into thick slices.
