What you need
250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
1 cup light sour cream
375g smoked trout, shredded
1/2 cup semi sundried tomato, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
How to make it
COMBINE PHILLY and sour cream.
STIR through smoked trout, semi-sundried tomato, dill and lemon juice. Season to taste.
SERVE with crackers.
