What you need

  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 375g smoked trout, shredded
  • 1/2 cup semi sundried tomato, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How to make it

  • COMBINE PHILLY and sour cream.
  • STIR through smoked trout, semi-sundried tomato, dill and lemon juice. Season to taste.
  • SERVE with crackers.
