What you need

  • 6 large navel oranges
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • juice of one orange
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • finely grated rind of one orange
  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted

How to make it

  • PEEL and thinly slice the oranges, arrange in a shallow dish. Gently heat the brandy, juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Allow to cool, and pour over orange slices. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.
  • COMBINE the PHILLY, honey and rind.
  • SERVE orange slices with a dollop of philly mixture, and scattered with almonds.
