What you need

  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 oranges, extra, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley leaves
  • ΒΌ cup toasted flaked almonds
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese

How to make it

  • COMBINE the orange juice, oil, garlic and seasonings in a jar. Shake until well combined.
  • COMBINE the extra orange, spinach, parsley and almonds in a serving bowl, toss through the dressing then crumble over the PHILLY. Serve immediately.
