What you need

  • 200g PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Light Cream Cheese
  • 60g butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1 Pink Lady apple, grated

How to make it

  • WHISK together 100g of the PHILLY with the butter, milk and eggs until smooth.
  • COMBINE flour, oats, sugar and pecans in a large bowl. Add the PHILLY mixture and apple and mix until just combined.
  • SPOON mixture into 6 × 1 cup capacity greased Texas muffin pans. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes until cooked. Allow to cool then split and spread with remaining PHILLY. Serve.
