What you need
200g PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Light Cream Cheese
60g butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup pecan nuts, toasted and chopped
1 Pink Lady apple, grated
How to make it
WHISK together 100g of the PHILLY with the butter, milk and eggs until smooth.
COMBINE flour, oats, sugar and pecans in a large bowl. Add the PHILLY mixture and apple and mix until just combined.
SPOON mixture into 6 × 1 cup capacity greased Texas muffin pans. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes until cooked. Allow to cool then split and spread with remaining PHILLY. Serve.
