What you need

  • 1 cup sweet biscuit crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup cream, lightly whipped
  • peeled sliced orange
  • strawberries

How to make it

  • COMBINE biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
  • STIR gelatine into strawberry puree, heat in saucepan or microwave (HIGH for 45 seconds) until gelatine dissolves.
  • BEAT PHILLY until smooth, add sugar, lemon juice, gelatine mixture and cream. Pour into prepared crumb crust. Chill until firm.
  • DECORATE with orange slices and strawberries.
