What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon glace ginger
  • selection of summer fruits including, grapes, strawberries, pineapple, melons, mango and kiwi fruit
  • pulp of 3 passionfruit
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds or toasted muesli

How to make it

  • BEAT together the PHILLY, honey and milk until smooth. Stir through the ginger.
  • COMBINE the fruit and spoon into serving bowls. Serve with a dollop of PHILLY cream, a drizzle of passionfruit and a sprinkle of almonds.
