What you need
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
1 tablespoon glace ginger
selection of summer fruits including, grapes, strawberries, pineapple, melons, mango and kiwi fruit
pulp of 3 passionfruit
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds or toasted muesli
How to make it
BEAT together the PHILLY, honey and milk until smooth. Stir through the ginger.
COMBINE the fruit and spoon into serving bowls. Serve with a dollop of PHILLY cream, a drizzle of passionfruit and a sprinkle of almonds.
