What you need

  • 220g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Extra Light Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup chopped semi sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra chopped chives, for garnish
  • Turkish bread, to serve
  • Artichoke hearts, to serve
  • Marinate roasted red capsicum, to serve
  • Kalamata olives, to serve

How to make it

  1. COMBINE the PHILLY with the tomatoes, chives, garlic and seasonings, mix well. Chill.
  2. SPOON the dip into a serving bowl, garnish with extra chives. Serve on a platter with Turkish bread, artichokes, roasted capsicum and olives. Serve immediately.
