What you need

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 rashers bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
  • 1 small salad onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese

How to make it

  1. PRICK pastry well with a fork. Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until pastry is light brown.
  2. MIX PHILLY, sour cream, salt and pepper. Spread PHILLY mix to within 1 cm of edge. Top with bacon, onion slices and grated cheese.
  3. BAKE at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until pastry is golden and onions are cooked.
